Maths tutoring is available for students aged 8 to 18 studying either the UK or International Curriculum and needing help to fill knowledge gaps or achieve beyond expectations.
Individualised work programmes are based on the UK National Curriculum and informed by exam requirements of ISEB (11+, 13+), Edexcel/Cambridge (GCSE, A Level) and IBO (PYP, MYP, Diploma).
Junior topics include numbers, calculations, fractions, shapes, measures and data and senior topics include algebra, calculus, geometry, trigonometry, probability and statistics.
Weekly tutoring sessions, lasting 55 minutes, are held on weekday afternoons and Saturdays and include topic work plus homework review.
Weekly homework tasks, lasting about an hour, include one or more from a mixed topic practice paper, specific topic worksheets and textbook exercises.
